Some roads still impacted by yesterday's flooding, 288 has reopened | View list

Tropical Depression Beta caused major road issues across Southeast Texas.

HOUSTON — Tropical Storm Beta is no more, but we are still dealing with some impacts from Monday and Tuesday's heavy rainfall. This means a few area roadways are still flooded and impassable for your Wednesday morning commute.

HIGHWAY 288 UPDATE: Highway 288's northbound and southbound lanes have fully reopened near 610 S Loop as of 5:50 a.m. Wednesday.

HIGH WATER LOCATIONS ON MAJOR ROADS / HIGHWAYS:

The roads below have high water on them. Keep in mind, Houston Transtar will only list major roadways. There are certainly side streets that have water on them, so be very careful if you're out driving, especially in the coastal communities.
