Investigators: 4-year-old girl was not wearing seat belt when family's car went over San Jacinto River bridge
A 4-year-old girl is dead after her family's car plunged off the San Jacinto River Bridge. The little girl was not in a car seat, or buckled up. Authorities are stressing the importance of making sure kids are properly restrained.
