HOUSTON — A fatal crash shut down the northbound lanes of I-69/US-59 at Beechnut, according to Houston police early Saturday morning. All lanes have since been reopened.
The crash was reported around 5:32 Saturday morning on the Southwest Freeway new Houston Baptist University.
At least two vehicles were involved in the crash that had traffic backed up to Beltway 8.
Police did not say what led up to the crash or identify any victims.
