HOUSTON — A 34-year-old man is facing an arson charge after authorities said he set fire to a fireworks stand on the Fourth of July.
Julian David Guevara was arrested and charged Tuesday, according to court documents.
According to authorities, Guevara started the fire at a stand on Jones Road near the intersection of Cypress North Houston Road.
Guevara's bond was set at $5,000 and he was due back in court on Wednesday.
