A woman stole a service dog from a Vietnam veteran, and the crime was captured on camera. Now the Osceola County Sheriff's Office is asking the public to help find the culprit and the dog.

On Sunday, the 67-year-old veteran, who has PTSD, was with his two Pomeranian service dogs outside a store in Old Town. A woman started an altercation with the veteran, distracting him while the suspect unleashed one of the dogs, a 6-pound, 21-year-old named Kira, and took her.

The veteran had no idea what had happened to the dog.
