HOUSTON — If you thought it was hot today, you were right! It was even record-breaking hot for one spot.
In the city of Houston, we hit 90 degrees today. It’s not a record for this day. That’d be 92 degrees, which we hit back in 1963.
Meanwhile in Galveston, we did hit a new record. Temperatures reached 86 degrees on the island, which passed the old record of 82 set back in 2012.
All just a sign that summer is right around the corner!
