HOUSTON – Homicide detectives are investigating a scene where a body was found floating in a tank in east Houston on Tuesday.
The Houston Police Department said the body was discovered in a closed sewage treatment plant on the 5500 block of Armour Drive and Lockwood.
There are no details on the victim and how he got there.
