HOUSTON Do you have an overdue ticket? HPD and Harris County Precinct One are giving residents a chance to pay those overdue tickets without facing harsher fines.
If you had a delinquent ticket before February 28, you re probably eligible for amnesty discounts.
The delinquent tickets could be for traffic, non-traffic and parking violations, but not the old red-light camera citations.
The amnesty program ends on June 4, 2011.
