HOUSTON A Conn s employee is accused ofsexually assaultingan autistic teen while the two were alone in the men s bathroom, according to Harris County Sheriff s deputies.

Martin Charles Maule, 51, is charged with indecency with a child.

Investigators said the 15-year-old and his family went to the store at 19746 North Freeway to look for a new refrigerator on May 19.

The child got permission from his dad to go use the bathroom, and while he was in there alone, Maule walked in, according to court documents.

Maule allegedly approached the child at the urinal and assaulted him. He then told the boy not to say a word.

The teen did not tell his father when he left because he was embarrassed, but did tell his mother the next day. One of the family members went back to the store to look for the person the teen described. They spotted Maule and were able to get his name from his employee badge.

The parents called authorities and an investigation was launched.

An investigator went to the store and confirmed that Maule was on duty that day. A photo lineup was prepared and shown to the boy, who positively identified Maule as the person who assaulted him.

Maule refused to cooperate, but authorities felt they had enough evidence to proceed with charges.

Maule's bail was set at $30,000.
