HOUSTON — Seventeen small dogs were left abandoned in northwest Harris County on Thursday.
A spokeswoman for the Harris County Animal Shelter says the Chihuahua/Terrier type dogs were dumped north of the Grand Parkway near Mueschke Road.
Animals Cruelty officers found the animals and took them to the shelter.
They are ready for adoption at the shelter at 612 Canino Road. Their number is 281-999-3191.
