HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — The owner of a Harris County security company is accused of robbing and kidnapping a man and investigators believe there are other victims who were too scared to report the crimes.

Investigators say Pablo Munoz Garza, 39, and some of the security guards who work for him have been terrorizing people for awhile.

Garza is charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravating robbery in a case that happened in July.

Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said he and his security guards beat up a 33-year-old man at the La Overja Negra Club in Harris County.

They forced the victim into the trunk of a car and Tased him several times in the chest, Gonzalez said.

When they noticed people were videotaping them, they let him go but threatened to kill him if he called the police, according to Gonzalez.

"Garza took $4,000 in cash along with the victim's watch, necklace and ring," the sheriff said.

Only one of the security guards could be identified by the name “Cowboy.”

Gonzalez said the group preyed on people who speak only Spanish. Investigators are pleading with other victims to come forward.

"We want to make it perfectly clear to the victims out there, the Harris County Sheriff's Office will not inquire about victims' immigration status," Gonzalez said. "We want to solve this crime.

Garza, who owns TexGuard Services, was arrested by a joint task force of the HCSO Violent Crime Unit and the Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigation Division.
