Houston police are still looking for Larice Evans who's charged with three counts of aggravated assault in the Sept. 24 shooting on Emancipation near Blodgett.

HOUSTON — Houston police have identified a suspect in a bar shooting that left three people wounded back in September. Now, they need help finding him.

Homicide detectives say Larice Evans, 47, was kicked out of the bar on Emancipation Street near Blodgett Street east of the Museum District on Sept. 24.

Editor's note: The video above originally aired on Sept. 25.

Evans came back with a gun and opened fire, according to the Houston Police Department.

Two men, ages 56 and 34, and a 23-year-old woman were shot and taken to area hospitals. They all survived.

Investigators said the gunman also fired at a Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputy working an extra job at the bar but he missed. The deputy chased him on foot but the suspect got away.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Larice Evans is urged to contact the HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division at 713-308-8800 or speak anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
