DEER PARK, Texas — The man who was caught on camera appearing to slash tires outside of a home in Deer Park was arrested Wednesday, according to police.
Seth Alexander Wright, 38, was wanted in connection with the incident after his mom told police he was the man seen in the home surveillance video slashing 10 tires on three vehicles outside of a home on Ellen Drive near E Thirteenth Street. Wright's mom said his intended target was the previous homeowners, but he didn't know they moved years ago.
Why Wright was looking for the previous owners is unknown.
Wright was taken into custody Wednesday during a traffic stop in Spring, Texas.
