Great white shark LeeBeth bids farewell to Texas coast

The 14-foot wonder last pinged near Port Arthur heading east toward Louisiana.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — First Edition continues to track the location of LeeBeth!

For those of you unaware --LeeBeth is a great white shark who pinged off the Texas Gulf Coast early last week. 

We can tell you that she has now left the Texas Gulf.

The big-toothed creature last pinged south of Port Arthur, heading east near Louisiana last Thursday afternoon.

The last reported great white shark sighting from a person was Saturday morning --just southwest of Tampa, Florida.
