Katy's 'Lettuce Eat' offers hearty, healthy and affordable meal under $10

Its mission is to be fresh, friendly and family oriented.

HOUSTON — Lettuce Eat is a family owned restaurant that specializes in healthy foods and good home cooking. 

They use fresh ingredients and healthy alternatives to help boast immune system.  

The concept was started during COVID because owners Al Massey and Mike Kramer saw a need in the Katy area to develop a restaurant that had a variety of food since everyone was becoming health conscience.  

Massey's business partner Kramer had been in the restaurant business many years with Luby's and Golden Corral and came up with the name and design.

Kramer wanted it to be a unique comfortable design and give you the feeling of being in a café in a small town.
