New technology helps track people susceptible to wandering off
The older our parents get, the more we worry about them wandering off. It's such a concern, the state of Texas sends out a Silver Alert when a senior citizen is reported missing. Sometimes they're found and sometimes it's the worst news possible. A new piece of technology is changing the game in Harris County.
