Standoff ends peacefully after road rage incident involving off-duty officer
A standoff at a Buc-ee's in Richmond ended peacefully Saturday. An off-duty Eagle Lake police officer called 9-1-1 after he said he was involved in a road rage incident in downtown Houston.
