WEBSTER, Texas — A crash on the Gulf Freeway had traffic backed up in both directions on Monday evening.
According to the Texas Department of Transportation, the crash happened in the southbound lanes of the Gulf Freeway just after Nasa Road 1.
The incident had multiple main lanes, both northbound and southbound, blocked off during the evening commute.
Traffic was extremely heavy in the area.
According to Air 11 video, it appears that the cab of an 18-wheeler and a car were involved in the crash.
It's unclear if anyone was injured in the crash. It's also unknown how long it will take to clear the crash and get traffic flowing again.
