HARRIS COUNTY, Texas -- Highway 249 was blocked at N. Houston Rosslyn early Friday after a motorcycle and a small hatchback collided at the intersection.
The crash happened around 6 a.m. Authorities confirmed one person died at the scene. There were no other reports of injuries.
Views from Air 11 showed authorities diverting southbound traffic onto N. Houston Rosslyn westbound.
Traffic was backed up in all directions at the intersection. Inbound drivers are advised to use Beltway 8 in lieu of staying on 249.
