HOUSTON — F45 functional training gyms are designed to engage every muscle group so that you move and perform better! The exercise are meant to mimic or recreate everyday movement. These types of exercise typically involve the use of your full body and multiple muscle groups. This style of training builds and sculpts lean, functional muscle – lifting, squatting, jumping, twisting, pulling, pushing, punching, kicking, rowing and biking! These movements qualify as “functional” and can all be found at F45. You’ll never do the same workout twice, again confusing the muscles and getting better results. Burn up to 1,000 calories in a 45 minute session. You work out with a group of people that are there to provide a community, support and to cheer you on! There are no mirrors at F45 to leave you and the other people working out free of distractions!
