HOUSTON — A Houston resident is now a millionaire after claiming a winning Powerball ticket for the drawing on March 13.
The $1 million winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased at Mr. Express #1, located at 2815 Bingle Road. The winner chose to remain anonymous.
The ticket matched all five white ball numbers drawn -- 21-29-54-59-62, but not the red Powerball number, which was 4.
The next Powerball drawing is on Monday, March 18. The jackpot has reached an estimated $645 million.
Last week, a jackpot-winning lottery ticket was sold in Odessa, Texas. The ticket was worth $17.5 million!
