Officers on the scene

TOMBALL, Texas - Deputies made a disturbing find Thursday evening at a woman's home after her landlord gave her an eviction notice and called in a cleaning crew.

Precinct 4 Constable Deputies said remains were found in plastic bins inside the woman's home.

The cleaning crew apparently notified the authorities when they first saw bags of liquids and what looked like remains.

The woman said they are human organs and she is using them to train her dogs. She told the deputies she is running a cadaver dog training center out of her home.

The woman claims she is licensed in another state to train the dogs.

Deputies said the woman was living in filth with her two teenage daughters. Officers said the home was missing walls and did not have electricity or running water.

The woman is in custody as detectives investigate. Child Protective Services is involved but the teenagers are reportedly staying with friends.

We're told police have called a medical examiner to collect the material and examine it.
