HOUSTON - Police say a teenager was shot Thursday night when a group started arguing during a candlelight vigil at a city park.
The shooting happened at Zollie Scales Park off Corder Street in southeast Houston. At least 50 people were at the park when the teen was shot.
Police say the bullet hit him the teen the leg. He was taken by ambulance to a local hospital.
It's unclear exactly who the vigil was for, but police said the gathering was being held for a man who'd been shot a week earlier. Zollie Scales Park was emptied after the shooting happened.
Police are still looking for the shooter.
