SPRING, Texas-A nightclub in Spring had to shut its doors after a judge's ruling.
The judge said D.B. Cooper's Mansion, located on I-45 near Spring Stuebner Road, is an unlicensed sexually oriented business.
The club will have to close until it gets the proper permits or wins a trial scheduled for December.
Their permit was previously denied because the club is located within 1,500 feet of a residence.
A lawyer for the club says the establishment isn't a sexually oriented business-it's more like a sports bar.
