SAN ANTONIO - A renewed plea for help to find the person who left a San Antonio teenager to die.
Jacob Perales died last August at a home on Piedmont located on the city’s southeast side.
His family tried to revive him but were unsuccessful. The 19-year-old died from severe injuries to his head.
All leads officers had shortly after the murder have since gone cold.
