HOUSTON - A 20-year-old man was arrested and is out on bond Wednesday evening after he exposed himself to young girls, according to officials.
We're told the victims were walking down the street when Pearce Cash pulled up next to them, got out of his vehicle and exposed himself.
While exposing himself, he allegedly offered the girls money to touch him, officials said.
"They were exposed to something they never should have been exposed to." said Traci Henderson, a mother.
Two of the three incidents apparently happened Monday, one on Glenchester drive and the other on Kickerillo. Two of the victims were 11-years-old.
"We're having to tell them about situations like this and it's awful." said Jamie Wells, a mother of three. "There's not much I could say to a guy like this that's going to change his behavior. As a parent, we have to be proactive to protect our children."
