HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — A man and a woman were found dead in an apparent murder-suicide at a northwest Harris County apartment, according to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.
It happened at an apartment complex on West Road near Highway 290.
Gonzalez said deputies responded to a welfare check inside an apartment unit where they found a man and a woman with apparent gunshot wounds.
They were both pronounced dead at the scene. The sheriff said this is believed to be a possible murder-suicide.
The relationship between the deceased is unknown at this time.
