Ambulance stolen from Houston Methodist Hospital, HPD says

Officers said no one was injured and nothing was taken from inside the vehicle.

HOUSTON — An ambulance was stolen from a local hospital in northwest Houston, according to the Houston Police Department.

Police say the suspect stole the vehicle from Houston Methodist Hospital around 5 a.m. Saturday.

Officers found the vehicle along a bayou near a homeless encampment on Spring Line Ct. not long after it was stolen. 

No one was injured and nothing was taken, HPD says.

Officers say they know who the suspect is.
