HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - An 18-year-old died and a 17-year-old was wounded Friday afternoon in an apparent road rage shooting in west Harris County.

Officials say the shooter is in custody following the incident that ended 12:30 p.m. Friday near a home in the 13000 block of Dawn Hollow Lane.

Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said the driver of an Audi SUV left a gas station and turned onto Beckford Drive near Lima Drive when some type of altercation occurred between the driver and the passenger in another car.
