HOUSTON — Have you seen Elizabeth Mata?
She's an 11-year-old girl who police say was last seen near her family's home early Tuesday morning.
She was seen at about 1:45 a.m. in the 600 block of Gilpin Street.
She's described as a Hispanic female with brown hair and brown eyes, about 5' 3" tall.
