SUGAR LAND, Texas — Kevin Hart is coming to the Houston area in September and tickets go on sale soon.
The award-winning comedian announced he's bringing his "Acting My Age" tour to Sugar Land on Sept. 20.
“'Acting My Age' is my ninth tour and I wanted to change things up by creating a more intimate environment. This hour is about connecting with the audience and feeding off the crowd's energy and laughter," Hart said.
Tickets for the show at Smart Financial Center go on sale this Friday, April 19, at 10 a.m. at KevinHartNation.com.
Hart recently toured internationally with his “Reality Check” tour, now streaming on Peacock. The tour was named the #1 Comedy Tour of 2022 by Billboard. In 2023, Billboard named Hart the highest-grossing comedian of the year.
His 2020 Netflix special "Zero Fu**ks Given" became its biggest stand-up special that year and earned Hart a Grammy nomination for "Best Comedy Album."
Hart also got Emmy nominations for Outstanding Actor in a Short Form Comedy or Drama Series for “Die Hart,” & the sequel Die Hart 2: Die Harter.
Other awards include the Kennedy Center’s 2024 Mark Twain Prize for American Comedy and a People’s Choice Award for Comedy Act of 2022.
The Philadelphia native, who launched his career during an amateur night at a local comedy club, Hart is a Hollywood box office powerhouse. Eleven of his films have opened at number one at the box office and grossed more than $4.23 billion in global revenue.
