HOUSTON – Police are searching for clues after a man was found shot in a northeast Houston park overnight.
Houston Police say a couple of officers were working an extra job in the 3400 block of Cavalcade when they heard gunshots around 2 a.m. Tuesday coming from the Hunting Bayou Park Bike and Ride Trail. A man came stumbling out after it appeared he had been shot twice.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and is expected to survive, police said.
Investigators believe a gold Chevrolet Impala was involved in the shooting, but had no other information on the shooting at this time.
