HOUSTON – Houston police say an alarm was tripped, leading to a search and three arrests after a break-in at a Boost Mobile cell phone store.

The crime happened around 4 a.m. Thursday along Highway 290 near Antoine.

Police responded to a burglary alarm at the store and saw three men exiting the back of the business. The suspects fled into the nearby neighborhood on foot. One was quickly caught, but the other two got away at first.

Police set up a perimeter and a K-9 police dog found the second suspect. The third suspect was also located and arrested about an hour later.

Police are investigating how the men got into the store. They say it appears they busted through an inner wall at a neighboring vacant storefront.
