HOUSTON – Police are investigating a shooting that left two men wounded late Sunday in east Houston.
According to the Houston Police Department, it happened around 9:30 p.m. at Federal and Maxey near Interstate 10.
At that time, police responded to a call of a shooting near an EZ Pawn store. When police arrived at the scene, they found two male with gunshot wounds – one shot in the chest and the other with a wound in his hand.
Each victim was taken to a separate hospital in the area.
The investigation is ongoing and no suspects are in custody.
