HOUSTON — Police are searching for two men in connection to a shooting that happened in northeast Houston Tuesday night.
This happened shortly before 9 p.m. on Madera Road when a man and a woman got into a fight, according to the Houston Police Department.
At some point, the fight turned physical and two men who knew the woman opened fire, police say. A neighbor who wasn't involved in the incident was shot after he stepped out of his home to see what was happening. The neighbor was taken to a hospital and is expected to be OK.
The two shooters and the woman reportedly left the scene in the same car.
Police said they know who the suspects are, but did not release their identities.
