HOUSTON - A Houston police officer appeared in court Tuesday for allegedly driving while intoxicated with a child in the car.
Cassandra Crosby, 36, was arrested Sunday. Her bond was set at $1,000.
The Houston Police Department said Crosby has been relieved of duty.
She became an officer in September 2008 and was recently assigned to the juvenile division department.
