HOUSTON - A Houston firefighter has been charged with sexual assault.
Investigators say Henry Cuellar sexually assaulted a woman after going to an Humble bar.
According to the Houston Fire Department, Cuellar has been transferred from the emergency operations division while the investigation is underway. He claims to have no memory of what happened after leaving the bar.
Officials say Cuellar was previously an EMT for the City of South Houston.
