DICKINSON, Texas -- A Dickinson High School teacher surrendered to police Tuesday morning after he was accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
Justin Michael Devera, 32, allegedly had a relationship with a 17-year-old student at Dickinson.
He resigned Monday and after being placed on administrative leave last week.
Devera is being held on a $20,000 bond.
