MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas — A 4-year-old girl is fighting for her life in the hospital after deputies say a suspected drunk driver crashed head-on into the car she was in, which was completely totaled.
This happened just before 10 p.m. Wednesday on FM 1484 at Heritage Road in Montgomery County.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office said the driver of that child's car was also hurt but is doing OK.
The driver said to be responsible is charged with driving while intoxicated and in custody.
