HOUSTON — Time is running out to visit the iconic Blake's BBQ and Burgers.
The west Houston fixture is closing for good at 6 p.m. on Saturday after 42 years in business.
Blake's is known for its homemade burgers and barbecue. In fact, several food magazines and newspapers have named in the best burger in Houston.

Blake's is the second longtime Houston-area restaurant we've reported on closing. Last week, KHOU 11's Matt Dougherty was at the Swinging Door in Richmond just before it closed for good after 50 years.
