HOUSTON — Chris Cosentino grew up in the kitchen alongside his great grandmother, Rosalie Cosentino, a first-generation Italian immigrant. She taught him lessons in cooking that he'd take with him the rest of his life, going on to win Bravo's "Top Chef Masters" season 4 and opening a number of other restaurants in California and Oregon.
He'll be opening "Rosalie" at the C. Baldwin Hotel this September, featuring classic Italian recipes and available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
