HOUSTON — Houston is a vibrant foodie town, but success in the restaurant industry doesn't come easy. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa is a prime example of this struggle. After closing his first two restaurants, he could have easily given up. Instead, he persevered and opened a third, "Matsuhisa," which caught the attention of an A-list celebrity who made him an offer he couldn't refuse.
Fast forward 30 years, and the Nobu brand has expanded to 54 restaurants worldwide, including one right here in Houston. Executive Chef Joe Murphy, joined us to share "The Nobu Way".
