FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas — The main lanes of the Westpark Tollway westbound between the Grand Parkway and Spring Green Boulevard have been shut down after a vehicle fire caused damage to the road, according to the Fort Bend County Fire Marshal's Office.
The fire marshal's office first reported the closure at 4:20 p.m. It's unclear how long the closure will last. Officials ask that you avoid the area while crews work on repairs.
The Fort Bend County HAZMAT Response team was called to the scene to assist.
