Updated today at 6:11 AM
HOUSTON –- We’ll top out in the mid-70s Friday afternoon under partly cloudy skies, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
“We’re starting off under cloudy skies this morning, but we should see less moisture today,” said Johnson. “I’m watching conditions northwest of Houston, from College Station to Huntsville, for a chance for rain mainly through lunchtime.”
There’s a 10-percent chance for rain throughout the day.
This weekend the temps increase into the 80s as a chance for scattered showers returns on Easter. There’s a 20-percent chance for rain on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
Next week our temperatures will continue to climb into the mid-80s with overnight lows in the low-60s.
Have a fantastic, safe weekend.
