Houston pumpkin patches: 11 spots around town for fall fun

No matter where you live, there's a pumpkin patch nearby!

HOUSTON — It's fall in the Houston area and that means fall festivals!  There are pumpkin patches and festivals for you to visit no matter what part of town you live in. Check out our list of pumpkin patches below and click on the links for prices.

Brookshire: Dewberry Farm

  • Open through November 10
  • Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday, 11am-6pm
  • A Corn Maze, pumpkin patch and so many more attractions for all ages. There’s plenty of great food and drinks, plus wine and beer in the Biergarten.

Spring: Old Time Christmas Tree Farm

  • Open Friday evenings in October from 4pm-7am
  • Open Saturday and Sundays in October from 10am-7pm
  • You’ll find plenty of pumpkins, a petting zoo, train ride and more

Simonton: Blessington Farms

  • Open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am-2pm
  • Open Saturday and Sunday from 10am-5pm.
  • Gem mining, fishing, a trolley swing, rope maze, jump pad and more!  And yes – pumpkins, too.
  • All law enforcement with ID are free and their immediate families

Hockley: Oil Ranch

  • Open weekdays from 9:30-2:30
  • Open Saturdays from 10-5
  • Open Sundays from 12-5
  • There are pony rides, train rides and hay rides, plus a hamster wheel, petting zoo and more!

Conroe: 7-Acre Woods

  • Open Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday noon-5pm
  • Pony rides, barrel express ride, hay ride and pumpkin patch

Alvin: Froberg’s Farm Fall Festival

  • Open through Nov. 3
  • Daily, 9am-5pm.  On Friday and Saturdays in October, open 6:30-10pm
  • Corn maze, plastic duck race, mining, a hay ride and more.

Bellaire: Nature Discovery Center

  • Saturday and Sunday, October 19 and 20, 11am-4pm
  • Bounce house, obstacle course, food trucks, crafts and more

Pearland: St. Andrews

  • Open daily in October from 10am-8pm
  • According to the website, MommyNearest, St. Andrew’s in Pearland is nicknamed the ‘pumpkin church’ because it’s such a popular spot for falls photos among the pumpkins. The money raised are used for mission trips.

Montgomery: P-6 Farms Farm Festival

  • Through November 9
  • Saturdays 10am-8pm, Sundays 10am-6pm

Humble: Old MacDonald’s Pumpkin Patch

  • Runs through October 31, opens at 10am
  • You’ll find a petting zoo, pony rides, train ride and swimming pool

Katy: Katy First United Methodist Church

  • Open every day through October 31, Sunday through Friday, noon-6pm; Saturday, 10am-6pm
