HOUSTON — Strake Jesuit speedster Matthew Boling is making headlines again. This time because of a one-on-one challenge.
Veteran New Orleans Saints receiver Ted Ginn told Bleacher Report’s Adam Lefkoe he believes he is the fastest receiver in the NFL. He even said he’s willing to race anyone for $10,000.
Challenge accepted.
Boling quoted Pro Football Talk’s tweet on Ginn’s challenge with the caption, “Bet.”
Earlier this month, the speedster known as “White Lightning” set a new national record with his 10.13 time in the 100-meter race in Austin. He also won the long jump competition with a jump of 25 feet, 4 inches.
Boling plans to go to the University of Georgia next year. Then, he'll be focusing on the Olympics.
