State legislator Mark Keough was hurt in a car accident in Austin Tuesday morning.
The Woodlands Republican was on the way to his Capitol office when the crash happened.
Keough was taken to St. David Hospital in Austin.
His office said he is alert and stable and suffered no broken bones or head trauma.
"Please keep Representative Keough in your thoughts and prayers today," said a post on Keough's Facebook page.
No details about the crash have been released.
Keough represents District 15, which includes the southern part of Montgomery County.
