KATY, Texas — A Katy resident claimed $1 million from a scratch-off ticket.
The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, purchased an Instant Millionare from Timewise Food Store in the 500 block of W. Grand Parkway S.
The Texas Lottery said the overall odds of winning any prize in this game are one in 3.20, including break-even prizes.
