Blunt, a literary agent and sister of actress Emily Blunt, posed for pictures on the red carpet with her actor husband, showing off her growing baby bump.
They also posed with Diana Krall, Elvis Costello, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively during the event's after-party.
The happy couple, who wed in 2012 , already share son Matteo, 3.
Tucci, 57, has three other children from his previous marriage to social worker Kate Tucci: twins Nicolo and Isabel, 18, and Camilla, 15.
Tucci, who has recently had roles in TV's Feud and Bull, has also starred in The Hunger Games franchise, Julie and Julia, Big Night and won an Emmy for the 1998 TV movie Winchell.
