RICHMOND, Texas - Two women were arrested and charged with prostitution Tuesday at a Richmond-area massage parlor.
Fort Bend County Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant and two arrest warrants for Yan He, 53, and Jie Li Swindall at YES Massage in the 1100 block of Crabb River Road.
Deputies say Yan He was previously arrested for prostitution last year at Red Apple Spa.
Both women remain in Fort Bend County Jail on $5,000 bond each.
